Keshia grew up in Cincinnati, OH and spent the summers in Miles City, Montana. She loved Montana so much that she decided to attend college at the Miles Community College. There she learned the value of a hard worth ethic and became enamored with the hospitality industry.

She started her career in hotel sales with a Hilton Garden Inn. From there she became the Events Coordinator at the Historic Sacajawea Hotel, a very popular, unique events hotel and venue. With her sales and operational experience, Keshia brings depth and dedication to our Call Center Services. Her passion to engage our customers as individuals and keen attention to detail brings a knowledgeable professional combined with a personal touch to your attendees. Rest assured youíre her priority as she embraces the essence of every account, skillfully navigating the meeting and destination goals of our accounts. Keshia leads her team by demonstrating ownership, knowledge of every account from top to bottom and continually training to anticipate the customerís needs. She takes to heart the importance of representing each accounts sales center, while being engaged and knowledgeable with a SMILE. In her free time Keshia enjoys hunting, hiking, boxing and being with friends and family.
